Notes & Drawings for Kids in Need

I’m proud to support Susie Q’s Kids, a nonprofit featured in the upcoming GET PREPPED video game which is one of the projects I am involved in. They have already delivered more than 25,000 comfort bags to children in hospitals, foster care, hospice, shelters, and crisis situations.

Each comfort bag includes something extra special: a positive message or cheerful drawing from someone who cares. We’re inviting families, classrooms, senior centers, and community groups to join us in creating these uplifting notes and drawings.

How Your Group Can Participate

1. Write a Positive Message

Short, encouraging notes make a huge impact. Examples include:
• “You are brave and loved.”
• “Wishing you sunshine and strength.”
• “You matter so much.”
• “Here’s a hug in card form — you’ve got this.”

2. Create a Cheerful Drawing

Kids and adults can draw or color: • Rainbows • Hearts • Sunshine • Animals • Anything bright and uplifting
